What to prepare

How to do 

          1.) Collect the morning glory in the early morning hours before sunrise.   To be the main material for fermentation   Because it is the time when the food that the plants accumulate has the largest amount   And has not been used in the photosynthesis process   When storing the morning glory, do not wash. 

          2.) Cut the morning glory into pieces of 3-5 cm in length. Weigh the weight according to the ratio of 2 kg. 

          3.) Divide the morning glory into 2 parts.   Sprinkle brown sugar on a small morning glory, or about 1 part of 1 kilogram of brown sugar, then mix the sugar into the morning glory gently. Be careful not to cause the morning glory tissue to be injected or bruised (more than the lesions obtained from Slicing) until the sugar penetrates into the parts of the morning glory   Therefore cling the morning glory into the jar in the fermentation container .

          4.) Application
